Instead, custom printed stand up pouches are made from rolls of laminated printed film.

Firstly artwork is printed onto the reverse of print substrates like PET, Metalized PET, PE, Recyclable PE, PCR, and BOPP. Then the printed film is laminated with barrier film and inner sealing film.

And the last step is to cut the film into bags and have all bags heat sealed.
